NBR: In your opinion, what qualities make a healthy all American family?

I am working on a paper for school, we are supposed to define what qualities make up an all American family. Examples: Mom and dad living in the same household, 2 kids, grandpa moved in after grandma died, etc.

So in your opinion what qualities make a healthy all American family?
