Can prepared formula be mixed w/BM and stored?

My LO is 9 months old today :)  She's only had mommy's milk until today.  I've had a lot of trouble with my supply for the last month and completely wiped out my freezer stash :(  Formula is foreign to me...please help! 

1) Can I mix prepared formula (with water) to BM and refrigerate it until used?

2) Does it matter if the milk and formula temperatures are different when mixing the two?

3) What bottles do you recommend?  I've only used Playtex drop-ins until now.
