if LO is still hungry?

I am pretty much DD will eat whatever and as much as I put in front of her so I can't really just wait for her to be done. She occasionally will start to throw things on the floor but that only means she is done with that food, if I give her something else she will keep going!

I don't want to over feed her but I want to be sure that she isn't still hungry, how can I tell?

She still BF's on wake up and before bed, during the day she has three meals, two snacks and 4oz of formula with lunch and when she wakes up from her nap.
