Our pediatrician died!

           He was an older guy but I am in shock.  I brought dd in for a sick visit and when they asked who her pediatrician was, they just stared at me.  It was surreal.   They finally told me he died - but they said they felt bad telling me and asked if I was ok.  How strange is that?  They asked if I was ok.  I hardly knew him- they're the ones who worked with him!  

            Luckily, there are 4 other pediatricians in the practice and I like them all so we didn't have to try finding a new pediatrician when dd was sick.  But who does this happen to?
