Anyone have a LO like this?

My DD never acts hungry during the day.  She will normally go about her day and will only eat when I ask her if she wants a bottle.  Then she will get excited and make noises.  I had been feeding her every 4 hours just out of habit, but should I only be feeding her when she acts hungry.  I'm afraid she would go the whole day without eating.  She definitely is hungry when she wakes up and before bed but otherwise she doesn't seem interested unless I ask her directly.  Anyone else have this issue?
