what to order for decorations and where? Is it cheaper online or in store?

i have plates, cups, etc but what else do i need from decorations besides balloons? also any good sites/stores to order from? i never did this before and feel so clueless.. also i feel like LO won't really appreciate all the decorations so im not really sure why i need to do this lol but i guess for us, pictures, etc
