Can someone tell me about listing blogs within "Top Baby Blogs", "Blogher", or "Picket Fence Blogs" (to name a few). I have been thinking about this for awhile and would like to take my blog to the next level... meaning... doing a big make over and listing it on one of these types of things. 

Which network is preferential? Can you list on multiple networks? Are there lots of rules to apply? I am starting to research this and getting a bit confused about all this. If you have any links to share or advice, I would really appreciate it!
