1st Diaper Rash

DD has her first diaper rash. Luckily it's not too bad, but I can see she's slightly uncomfortable. She's teething, diarrhea, and warmer than usual. Any tips on getting rid of it fast? I'm using A&D on her now. Daycare is as well. I have Balmex and Aquaphor at the house, too. So if A&D isn't working too well, I'll try those.
