Ok so that was depressing. I think we all feel a little bummed
This is hard work!! ESP with raising kids and working on top of it! But we can do it!!! It is a lifestyle change and once we get to out goal weights a bad weekend won't be so hard to recover from.
So let's look ahead and focus on this week!
I plan to work out today during naps...I have my pandora set on my phone for an upbeat Pink playlist. I'm actually excited! Shrimp and scallop kabobs for dinner - yum!!
