has anyone flown with LO alone?

I'm taking a long trip with him by myself this week.. I'm getting pretty anxious about it. He has his own seat so I can set him down if I need to, but he's crawling/walking everywhere and knows he can get to where he wants to go. Is it as terrible as I'm imagining? What if I have to pee?!
