fever not going down

DD had a 102.2 fever this morning. I called the pedi and he said ibuprofen every 6 hours and tylenol in between if the fever wasn't breaking.

Well, so far its gone down to 100.2 but thats it. He said if DD was acting lethargic and the fever was gone, to take her to the emergency room. He didn't say what to do if the fever stayed and she was in good spirits (which she is--just a little crankier than usual) which is what is happening now.

 WWYD if she still has a fever tonight before bed?  Call again? Take her to the er? Give her more ibuprofen and put her to bed?
