How many do you give a day? What kind of things do you give? When do you give them?

I know I have read to do 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, but between those and nursing sessions, I feel like DD would be eating all day. So I wondered how you guys were doing it.

Also, I'll re-introduce myself since I changed my SN recently. I was mrsr09 and mostly lurked. I am a SAHM with one DD. I BF and make most of my own baby food. DD has skipped crawling, but can walk a little on her own.
