What is for dinner on hot days like today?>

What do you have for dinner on hot days?  I grill alot but when it is hot like this, I don't even want to grill.  I was going to have DH pick up a pizza on his way home from work, but I think it is too hot to even want pizza.  I am thinking BLTs with watermellon sounds good, but I don't know if I even want to cook the bacon.  I have central air, but still hate turning on any heat source when the air is going and it is hot ourside.
