? about high temps/humidity and LO being outside

i also posted this over on my month board, but its slow over there this morning. 

I do not take LO outside in this hot/humid weather unless we are in the pool, I don't feel comfortable in it and I'm sure DS doesn't either.

However, at LOs daycare, she insists having the kids outside all.the.time. Even on super hot days like today.  Since DS is the youngest and she can't be outside with the older kids and inside with him at the same time, she takes him outside too.  I asked her to keep inside today and she said "i'll try" which essentially means no. This is makes me so mad and frustrated.  I can't imagine that the older kids want to be outside playing in this heat.  The last timet his happened, DS had heat rash all down his back and on his bottom. 

So I guess my question is what are your thoughts on spending time outside when it's this hot and humid out? Am I being unreasonable??
