Am I overreacting? Daycare related.

So my mat.leave ends at the end of this month and DD will have a sitter for the Summer and then go to daycare which starts in September for the new class.

I went to view the daycare today and I thought that it was a bit dirty, the toys were dirty as well and the cots and stuff that the kids sleep on are a bit old.. I assume most daycares are like this since they have so many kids to take care of and they go outside everyday and play in the sandbox and stuff so it would be hard to keep everything neat and tidy but I'm just not sure now if I want to put her there..

I don't have the option for another daycare since they are all full already and the lady that is watching DD this Summer is in her 70's so if I would leave DD with her longterm, I run a big chance of something happening and her not being able to watch her for me anymore and then no daycare and I would be stuck! I am very upset about all of this and don't know what to do!
