XP: bf at 11 or 12 months old

How often does your LO bf at this age? DD is 8 months old and bf 4 times a day (in the morning when she wakes up, after her morning nap, after her afternoon nap, and before bed).

I will be retuning to work part time when she is 11 months old and I'm just trying to figure out if we will be able to drop the one feeding I will miss (the after the 1st nap one) or if I need to have a freezer stash to cover that feeding. (Pumping at work will not be an option because I will be teaching three classes in a row and then I'll be going home.)
