transitioning from 4 to 3 bottles

I currently breastfeed but am working on weaning my 10 month old DD.  Currently she nurses when she first gets up (7:30ish), has breakfast around 8:30 and then has a bottle after each of her naps (11:00 and 3:00).  Has supper around 5:30 and nurses before bed at 7:30.

We are thinking ahead to when she will go from four bottle a day to three bottles a day.  When did you make this transition?  Which bottle did you drop?  TIA
