tummy sleeper reccoment your nighttime diaper for boys..

 have been trying not to use a daytime and nighttime diaper but it seems i have a tummy sleeper so I'm losing this fight. Does going up a size really work and how? I bought cruisers in the next size up and they were huge in the leg area so i changed him right away....does this really work?

Please recommend your nighttime diapers also.

And if you use Target Up & Up do they work through the night? 

Im really trying not to use 2 diapers here if you cant tell
