Gaahh! Can anyone help?

So I haven't been able to log on to my profile for 6 months now (Umm hello, I want new siggy pics of the kids!) it continues to give me error messages. I finally got fed up yesterday & tried to create a new profile but it won't let me! I tried the "Join Now" link but when I click on it The Bump recognizes that I'm already a member. I have tried at home & at work. What else can I do? I did try under the nest & it still won't allow me.
