What if I put my 4 yr old in a Speedo type swim suit?

Ty wont keep his swim trunks on :-( He hates the way they stick to his legs. I don't want to put him in a speedo, I don't even know if/where to find such a suit in a 3T or 4T. How terrible to see a kid in something like that? Better than having him stip in front of dozens of people, right?
