Moms of 2-Question for you

What (if anything) did you do for your oldest child when they came to visit #2 in the hospital?  I have heard of the youngest child "giving" a gift to the older sibling.  Has anyone done that and what did they receive?

One thing I am definitely planning to do is to give her this:

 I'm not really sure that she'll "get it", but I figured we'd make a big deal out of it and act like it's really special.  Plus, it'll be something to neat to save away as a keepsake.  

 Any other ideas?  

Also, when did your children first meet each other?
