DD fell out of my bed

Yes, it took her falling out of my bed to come to the realization that she doesn't belong in there.

DD is in a habit of waking at 2am every morning and i'm just so darn tired that i bring her into bed with me where she dozes off quickly. Well, this morning after she woke up for the day around 7am, i handed her a toy and apparently i fell back to sleep because the next thing i know, i'm being woken up to a "bang" and DD was laying on the ground crying. I contemplated bringing her to the doctor but she only cried for a minute and she walked away with just a little bruise on her knee.

I will probably be awake all night, every night for the next week, but there's no way she's coming back into my bed. My plan is to get her back to sleep and put her back into her crib where she belongs!

Has this happend to anyone else??
