Hello I had a Canon 5D, which took amazing pictures but was HUGE and just not very portable--I also don't know much about cameras and felt very overwhelmed by it. I decided to get a Canon Powershot G12 and I feel like it takes great pictures in very bright light and outside, but in the house I feel like the pictures are just ok--not as crisp and sharp. Can anyone recommend a better setting for lower light conditions (like, should I be changing the ISO?) Or is this camera just not cut out for that?
Thanks for any help with this!
ETA: I should also add that I am shooting without the flash, because I don't like how it makes the pictures look. I realize this is probably part of the problem (flash usually = sharper images...I think) but is there a setting for low light conditions (such as inside) without the flash that would improve the quality?
