Upstate NY Babies

I failed my 3 hr GTT :(

I'm frustrated. I found out today that I failed my test and now I have an appt with an endrocronologist next Weds. I am glad they caught it and I can start monitoring my sugar but I'm frustrated all the same. I have all the risk factors-I'm over 25, I'm overweight, and I have family with Type 2 diabetes- so I should have known but I was still hoping...I just wanted to vent and the August board gets frustrated with all the GTT talk since everyone goes through it at the same time and people get sick of reading about it.

Anyone here experience GD and wanna share tips, frustrations, etc??
