Update on neighborhood issue

So within the last year, someone is letting their dog poop, all over the neighborhood.  Everyone I have talked to is so annoyed about it.  My fear is that the kids will walk/fall in it, and then I will pretty much be enraged..

Well we have an HOA, and last week there was a letter from the HOA in everyone's mailbox.  It had a copy of the town laws about dog feces, and a message from our HOA.

I really hope this solves the issue, although there is a good chance it is someone from outside of our neighborhood.  If I find more poop on my front lawn, we are going to set up a camera to record all day/all night.  I'm guessing the person is out really early (prob like 5-6 am)!!!

Now.. if I could stop the neighbor's dog from barking!!  The copy of the laws about the dog poop also said it is a noise disturbance to have a dog barking 10 minutes straight or intermittently for 30 minutes, and this dog definitely qualifies.  Grr!
