More night wakings at 10 months?

Posted this on multiples, too. Hope you don't mind a repost. Have you guys had more night wakings in this age range? We've always had to do paci replacement a few times through the night, but I feel like it's been worse over the past few weeks, and like they need more than just the paci to get back down. Like, from the time we go to bed to the time they get up, we go in maybe 4-5 times total (they share a room) to soothe. We replace the paci of the awake baby, and usually now we also have to get the lovey, which has been thrown over the side of the crib, and we have to lay the awake baby back down, because he is standing or sitting.Do I need to do some sleep training? Get rid of the pacis? I feel like maybe I'm not doing anybody any favors by going in and soothing the way I've been doing. When it was just once or twice a nice that was one thing, but this is starting to feel unhealthy.
