He called me earlier and said that he wanted to kick my a$$.  He then later called and said that he didn't want to hurt me but that he meant to say what he said.  He is so off his rocker right now that I am not sure I should let him have visitation this weekend.

 He is p!ssed because he got a letter from my lawyer today, and I told him during our marriage counseling that things were through and that I was filing for divorce.

ETA:  I am calling my lawyer tomorrow about this, just wondering what you all thought.  He has always been good with DD.  I am more afraid for me.
