Who likes wraps?

Haha weird post title, I know.

The twins are being baptized at the end of the month and in true White family fashion I'll be hosting and early lunch for about 45 afterwards. I've decided to keep it simple; a giant fruit salad, a pasta salad and wraps. I'd like to keep it to 3 types of wraps so I'm not too, too stressed. I know I definitely want to do a Chicken Caesar but I don't know what for the other 2. Nothing too complicated

Suggestions? What are your favorites?
