Hi Ladies, we just went through a round of sleep training and was very pleased at how it went - way less crying than I expected and now DD sleeps approx. 7:30 - 5:30. At 5:30 if I nurse she'll go right back to sleep but if I don't she's up for the day. He notes 12.25 hrs per day (naps + night) for a 9 month old whereas NCSS has about 14 (I think, don't have the book handy). My question is this - does anyone else find his suggestions for # of hours of sleep a little light?
