Maintaining Supply While Sick

I have a nasty sinus infection and I am hardly making any milk. I have had dips in supply in the past and know all the home remedies, but I'm not sure about what to do when sick. Yesterday I only pumped half of what I usually pump, and when LO nurses, I can tell she's not getting that much by the sound of her swallowing. I know the way to increase supply is to nurse, nurse, nurse, but what if LO is not getting enough milk to satiate her? I have lots of frozen milk, so I could supplement, but how do I get my supply up in the interim? Any words of wisdom are appreciated!
