Anyone with a DS dealing with this?

Our 10.5 month old has...it has been broken at his 6 & 9 month checkups by our ped. For the most part it has fully healed correctly. But a portion of the foreskin has reattached again on the underside. I am torn on whether to call the ped and go in before our 1 year checkup or to wait and see if it breaks on its own by then. I hate to keep putting him through this, but the opinions seem to vary widely on how to handle.
