Rec your sippy cup!

What has worked best for you? DD just hasn't taken to any of them yet, so I'm very open to suggestions. I have a feeling it's going to be a struggle for us.

Also, what do you put in the sippy cup? DD doesn't like juice, which is fine by me since I'd rather her not drink it anyway. Do you just put in formula? Water?
