NBR: large breed dog owners

Hi there. I already posted this on the Pets board, but I also realize there are large breed dog owners here on this board, too.

I am interested in switching our dogs to a more natural dog food. We have two large German Shepherds and while they don't require a lot of exercise they also aren't food driven. I've still noticed that they have been gaining more weight in their hips, and given that GSDs are prone to hip displaysia (sp?) I feel it's time to switch to something more natural and balanced to better support their bodies. 

I would appreciate any recommendations.
