I need your recomendations please!

We are in the market to get a new monitor. The one we have is a super cheap one I got on a pinch from Target. Nothing special about it and it shows. It has started mysteriously buzzing loudly in the middle of the night for a few weeks now. Last night it started doing it constantly. I ended up turning it off and going to sleep out in the living room so I could hear DD when she woke up this morning.

In any case I am not looking for anything completely special just a standard monitor. I would love to get a video monitor but do not want to spend a ton of money on one. If you happen to have a video monitor that you like tell me about it too.
