1st bday party question

We are celebrating my daughter bday party with our church, since we have a church with a busy calendar we had to reserve our date.

We have to envite all of the members of the churc, all know my daughter and love her very much. They are very invloved in our lives, so I cannot diss them. Saying that we have about 100 members in our church adults, and i think about 60 kids.

Do you guys have any advice on what food i can provide without spending like crazy, we want to keep it simple and easy. I dont want to be cooking and not enjoy my baby's #1 bday.... I want something that we can give to both the kids and the parents. I know most kids wont eat a formal meal, but parents can so I'm in a pickle.
