I bought a dress about two months ago for a black tie optional wedding that is now in two days. I try on the dress tonight and it is too big. Like a whole size too big. The top of the dress gaps in the back.

sigh. I don't have the money to go out and get a different dress. I tried on an old dress from a couple of years ago that fits and would technically fit the occasion.SO thinks the dress that's too big looks better.

What to do? The only way this could be worse is if the dress were now too tight!
