On WCM & finger foods 100% by 12 months?

Just trying to gauge if we're "normal." DD is still eating purees, some finger foods and 4 bottles a day. We'll probably start to introduce WCM a couple of weeks before her birthday, but I don't see us switching 100% by the time she's 12 months. Anyone else?
