How much meat does your LO eat? and more meat ?s

DS is recently OBSESSED with rotisseree chicken.  This is the only food he will not stop eating.  I have to cut him off. 

Just a few meat related questions: 

1) How much meat do you serve at eat serving?

2) Do you feed meat at each meal?  I've been doing some at lunch and dinner and am wondering if this is too much?

3) How do you introduce red meat?  DS only has two tiny teeth pokin through so he can't chew up much.

4) Someone mentioned a turkey meatball recipe?  Like to share??!?!
