Okay, I missed last week (sorry ladies!) but wanted to post for sure this week. Since everyone has had 2 weeks to make something delicious, please share today!

Cake Mix Cookies (you will die for)

1 small tub of Cool Whip (kkewl as Stewie would say)

1 Dry Cake Mix of any kind

2 Eggs

1 small bowl of powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 325.  Mix cool whip, cake mix (don't follow instructions on the box, just dump the cake mix in) and eggs together.  It will make a thick consistancy.  Spoon out batter and drop and roll into powdered sugar and put on a buttered cookie sheet.  Bake for 9-12 minutes. 

You will have the most moist and drop dead awesome cookies ever to share with everyone.  I know a few people that have begged me for this recipe after eating the cookies.
