BF advice

My LO's are 3 weeks today! I'm still not able to tandem feed (DS has difficulty latching) so usually one is hungry while the other is being fed. On occasion this leads to a cranky baby when their feeding needs synch up. I also have really small babies and very large breasts so its a 2 handed process to feed them right now or my nipple pulls down until it pulls out of their mouths or starts to get pinched in the gums.  I've been trying to keep one in the bouncer next to me when feeding the other but it does't seem to be consoling them especially since I don't have a spare hand.  Any suggestions on how to pacify one while feeding the other? We're leaning toward expressing for a bottle for night feeding (one gets bottle first time, the other the next time). Other ideas?
