S/O Amazon Mom

We won't be using Pampers this go around, because of Dry Max.  We've tried them on Rosie, and I really didn't like them at all.

I think I'd like to use Huggies Pure and Natural this time around, but I don't think they carry them around here, and I know they're cheaper with Amazon Mom and Subscribe and Save.

But I don't know much about the programs.  Do you have to pay to sign up?  Do they send you a certain amount of diapers every month?  How does it all work?
