My gosh, I'm sorry you went through that with your DS. My DD is allergic to several foods and we have learned a lot the past year.  Google the top 10 allergins and be cautious with them. A reaction can come on even after eating it several times! Reactions are all different too. Don't feel bad, we've all been there at one time or another with different situations with our LOs.

It can be overwhelming, but hang in there! Stick with an allergist and find a good one that you like b/c my in my experience, pedi's dont' offer a lot of support with alleriges.  

We will be communicating a lot on the new food allergy board for sure!
