My stroller is here, but I have ?'s!

The manual doesn't really show everything well. On the back of each seat, near the top...there are 2 velcro tabs stick out of the sides. Why?

Also, the straps that lower/raise the seat backs have 2 "D" rings and are also velcroed together....any purpose to these?

If you have this model, will you buy the boards to put in the seat backs for stability?

Will you buy the belly bar? Is it needed?

I got the green/gray and am so happy with it.
