Friend WWYD?

I haven't heard from a good friend of mine in over 2 months.  I'm really worried about her.  We used to talk every week or two (she's there in NY).  I've emailed/called/texted her at least once a week to let her know I'm worried about her, and about a month ago I got a text back saying "I just wanted you to know that I'm here, just really sick.  I'll email you later to fill you in." and then I never got that email.  I don't know what else to do!  I know back in February she was put on an anti-depressant and she has two littles (1 and 3).  What would you do at this point?
