Moms who BF past one year

I know I'm new here... I hope you don't mind I'm being a PW! DD will be 14 months in a few days and we are still BF first thing in the morning and at night. Once in a while I will nurse before a nap. For those of you who BF past a year.. When did you wean and why? I'm not sure when we will wean... It's hard because right now we live with our in laws ... And I feel like if we were living on our own.. I wouldn't feel that pressure to wean so much. I just feel like we are not ready to wean. Sometimes it's the only way to soothe DD... But then I'm afraid I'm just taking the easy way out.. Nursing is the easiest way to soothe DD. I also think part of the reason why I'm holding onto nursing is because we are living with the in laws... It's the one thing that only I can do with DD and I'm not ready to lose that. It's funny because I never even thought we would nurse .. And here I am 14 months later, not ready to stop!
