baby's weight at anatomy ultrasound?

So, the u/s went very well and everything is developing properly   During, he measured from the elbow to the shoulder and then turned to my fiance and asked him if he were 6'3" or 6'4" (he is 6'4") which worried me...then at the end, he told me the baby is a pound already...all the books say at 20 weeks the baby is 8-10 oz...so that scared me that I'm going to have a big baby....what did your babies weigh in at?
