Winter snow boots for kids are super cheap if your store has any.  I picked up a pair today when I was working out in the Greece store for $1.  I saw a bunch size 10-13, but was looking only at the smallest ones.  The 10s may be too big this winter, but I figure she can even use them as mud boots next summer for that price.

The Gates Walmart (and I think all of them now bc it is a new mod) has a $0.88 area.  It is random healthcare stuff.  But one of them is pregnancy tests.  They work, I bought some for the fun of it.  The only down side is you can't pee on them, you have to pee in a cup to make it work.
