How do you de-stress at the end of a stressful day? It is 10:15, I am just sitting down for the first time even though one of the kids is still up screaming! (DH is up there with her) I have been going and going with two cranky kids since 6:30 this morning, no naps, no breaks. Just lots of screaming, crying, yelling. I am exhausted and need to go to bed, they will both be up again a 6am! DH had an equally stressful day at work ( he says his day was worse) and he doesn't want to talk to me at all, he isn't very social. Even a couple sips of wine makes me sick, a bath isn't an option. I'm trying not to eat. I would love to sit and watch a movie to fall asleep but we don't have a TV in our room.
