BLW and Working

So, I like the idea of BLW.  It just seems to make the most sense to me, especially since we just started spoon feeding solids -- I kind of feel like an idiot doing it -- it just doesn't seem normal or natural at all to me.

But I work.  There are x amount of hours in the day, and they are already jam packed.  I don't see where I have an hour or more each day to sit LO in his highchair with some food smashed up in front of him, and just wait and see what happens.  Especially in the morning.

Maybe I am making out to be more time consuming than it is -- can any BLW working moms offer some insight?
