Anyone Else Particular About Male or Female OBGYN?

I refuse to go back to the doctor that I went with for my first pregnancy. Did some research and asking around...and turns out a highly respected and recommended doctor here in town is male. I don't know why it bothers me (seeing a male OBGYN), but I need to get over it...and need to get over it soon.  Anyone else particular about the gender of their doctor or feel this way, or am I just being silly and weird?  Sounds like the practice is also amazing (and that is the impression that I get).
